The tool is used to install the front and rear crankshaft wear sleeves and seals. It eliminates lip flare on the wear sleeve and installs the seals properly. Remove crankshaft oil seal
Applications:Detroit Diesel Series 60, TWO CYCLE 71, and TWO CYCLE 92
Insert notching tool between back-up ring and crankshaft wear sleeve with point to the left as show.
Using 11/16 socket and ratchet, rotate notching tool counterclockwise only until wear sleeve has been notched
